 Flexi-Chef System

Nieco’s speed, solid design and reliability make it an indispensable workhorse for a busy kitchen. The Flexi-Chef uses a combination of convection and radiant heat, and up to four independently timed conveyor belts, to broil a wide variety of menu items. Steaks, seafood, gourmet hamburgers, and chicken can all be broiled on the Flexi-Chef. From products broiled rare to well-done, the Flexi-Chef delivers consistent results fast. An integrated toaster section can be added for greater versatility. 

 

Automatic Broiler

To give your customers all the seared in flavor they love choose the broiler with over three decades of reliability. With broiling on both sides of the conveyor timed belts your cooking time is cut by 40-50%. By setting the broiler correctly in the morning and placing the product on the belt you will automatically have a consistent product all day.
